Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

RezSMS provides legitimate IPRN number ranges and a business SMS operations panel for authorized partners. By accessing the service you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

1. Authorized use

Access is limited to partners who have been approved by RezSMS. Accounts, numbers, and SMPP credentials may only be used for legitimate commercial and telecom messaging operations consistent with applicable law, carrier policies, and contractual rights.

2. Acceptable use (required)

You may use IPRN numbers and the panel for lawful activities such as:

• Authorized application-to-person (A2P) business messaging where required consents and rights exist
• Operational testing, quality assurance, and CDR reconciliation for approved routes
• Wholesale messaging administration between authorized parties

3. Prohibited use

You must not use RezSMS for:

• Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or harassment
• Phishing, fraud, social-engineering scams, or identity theft
• Malware, ransomware, or other harmful content
• Impersonation of banks, brands, governments, or individuals without authority
• Any activity that violates criminal, consumer, privacy, or telecom law
• Circumventing access controls, sharing credentials outside authorized staff, or abusing platform resources

4. Compliance & suspension

RezSMS may suspend or terminate access, reclaim numbers, and report activity when we reasonably believe abuse or illegal use is occurring. Partners are responsible for end-user compliance on traffic they send or terminate.

5. No warranty for third-party misuse

Partners remain solely responsible for how they use allocated numbers and routes. RezSMS does not authorize illegal traffic and will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
