RezSMS (“we”) operates rezsms.org and related services that provide legitimate IPRN number management and a business SMS operations panel for authorized partners.
Depending on your use of the service, we may process account credentials, contact details, technical logs (IP, browser), operational records (number inventory, CDR metadata required for service delivery), and support correspondence.
To provide the panel and SMPP-related services, secure accounts, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data as a product.
We retain operational records as needed for service, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Access is role-restricted; partners must protect their credentials.
Partners must process any end-user data lawfully (including consents where required) when using numbers or messaging facilities allocated through RezSMS.
